Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Incorporate the ranch dressing into the cream cheese and buffalo mix, stirring until fully combined. Then, add the shredded chicken, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Gently fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the chopped green onions. Mix until everything is evenly integrated.
Pour the creamy chicken mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) and spread it evenly across the bottom.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses generously over the top of the dip.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
Once baked, carefully remove the dip from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Just before serving, garnish with extra chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
