1servingtortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the shredded cooked chicken, half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and the crumbled blue cheese (if desired). Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated in the flavorful sauce.
Spoon the creamy mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly across the bottom. Smooth the surface with a spatula for an even bake.
Sprinkle the remaining sharp cheddar cheese generously over the top, followed by the sliced green onions to add a touch of freshness and color.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbling, and golden at the edges.
Once baked, carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes to avoid burns when serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks. Garnish with additional green onions for presentation.
