0.5cupcaramel sauce (plus an additional amount for drizzling)

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
Incorporate the crushed Butterfinger bars, graham cracker crumbs, and caramel sauce into the cream cheese mixture. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and fully incorporated.
With clean hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place these balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the truffles chill for approximately 30 minutes, or until they become firm to the touch.
While the truffles are chilling, prepare the chocolate coating. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Once the truffles are firm, remove them from the freezer. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are completely coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl before placing them back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Before the chocolate coating sets, drizzle the extra caramel sauce over the top of each truffle. Finish by sprinkling a pinch of sea salt and some additional crushed Butterfinger on top for added flavor and texture.
Return the truffles to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is completely set.
