Start by brewing a robust cup of coffee. Once brewed, allow it to cool completely to room temperature, which will take about 10-15 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, vigorously whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer or whisk until soft peaks begin to form – this should take around 2-3 minutes.
Once the cream is whipped, gently fold in the vanilla syrup, ensuring it is evenly incorporated without deflating the cream.
Take a tall glass and fill it with a generous amount of ice cubes, about halfway full. Carefully pour the cooled coffee over the ice, leaving a little space at the top for the whipped cream.
